Chris Pedersen is the owner of Peninsula Housing Services and a trained Home Inspector. He has over 10 years of experience in home repairs and house flipping with an extensive electrical background. After successfully flipping several foreclosures, Chris wanted to share his knowledge with fellow homeowners, sellers, and buyers. He completed his home inspection training through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute.
